Some games are so steeped in nostalgia and so beloved that they have every right to return. Of course, the added hype of insane skateboard tricks and a great soundtrack makes these couple games even more legendary. Now, it’s time to jump back in to them. Developer Iron Galaxy is excited to announce that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 are now remade and out on modern platforms. Out now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch (and Switch 2), and PC, the games have been constructed from the ground up for modern platforms. Importantly, this means that players can expect all of the great nostalgia. Yet, they can also prepare themselves for new and improved shredding. A press release provides some more details on the modern iterations of the classic 2000’s skating games.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is introducing a new generation of gamers to the gnarly tricks of the originals. However, these games have been preparing for a modern release. Now, both iterations of the game come in stunning 4K resolution. Yet, that’s far from all. Players can expect new parks, eight new skaters, new game modes, and a host of other new features. Additionally, players can get their hands on new secret unlockable skater including the likes of Bam Margera and even the Birdman.
Importantly, players can get a glimpse of all of these new features in the new Birdman trailer for the game. Of course, there will be some sick shredding to witness. Check it out below.
