The drama began when a viral video surfaced online, featuring a woman accusing Speed Darlington of sexually assaulting her 16-year-old daughter. The disturbing claim triggered widespread outrage, with many social media users calling for immediate action by law enforcement.
In response, Speed Darlington took to Instagram—not to directly address the accusations—but to lash out at bloggers and media personality Daddy Freeze. In the same post, he announced a ₦3,000 giveaway for 10 of his followers.
His post read:
“I no go do content again because you follow me? Who the 4k is you that I’m explaining myself to? You no reach. Thunder fire all of you bloggers—especially Daddy whatever-your-name-is. My real fans, drop your account numbers for ₦3,009. Ten people only.”
